Community
DCH is made to work with others in a community where we can thrive and to promote a new sport for the Irish population.
We are a social club that have evolved within the Dublin’s community since 2013.
The quality of the DCH community is dictated by the degree of engagement and happiness the members and the children can draw from playing and sharing the same passion, the love for Olympic Handball.
Sport & Education
The DCH Sport & Education though Olympic Handball is more complex process and includes specific learning objectives such as the aim to address health issues and wellbeing of the young generation.
The aim is to combine the sporting goals with the wellbeing of society in educating the community, the importance of doing a sport drive by passion and not by the obligation.
Playing Olympic Handball is about learning to have an active lifestyle with enjoyment!

What do the players say?
“My DCH story is something that will forever have special place in my heart. It is an interesting story and adventures, I would say.
Since then, DCH is growing constantly and that makes me happy. DCH is one big family, that is why the results are so good. I trained so many teams with great players, but they didn’t have the team spirit that DCH has. DCH is something everyone wants to be a part of.”

Danijel Jakovljevic
“I joined the club as soon as I could!
The team is incredible, enthusiastic, and really motivated. Joining this club is one of the best things that happened to me during this pandemic year!”

Marie
“Hi, my name is Brenda and I am from Argentina.
I went to Ireland in 2018 and started to play for DCH two days after my arrival.
The experience was incredible, new team, new language and new and funny people.
Our team was growing match by match that we could play the first final in the DCH’s female team. Even losing, we finished so happy.”
